• All booths come with: 
  • 6’ draped table
  • 2 side chairs
  • Wastebasket
  • 8’ high draped backwall
  • 3’ high draped siderails
  • 7” x 44” identification sign with company name and booth number.  
• Additional furniture must be ordered through Hargrove, Inc. 
• The ballroom is carpeted in a multi-colored print. 

BOOTH SET UP AND REQUIREMENTS 

• Display materials should be arranged so as not to obstruct sight lines of neighboring exhibitors.
• Aisles must not be obstructed at any time. No portion of an exhibitor’s display, product or demonstration may extend into the aisle.
