EVENT CANCELLATION, SUBSTITUTION AND NO-SHOW POLICY
All cancellations must be received in writing and sent to the DBIA Conferences Department at conferences@dbia.org.

If you cancel before February 14, 2024, you will be refunded your registration fee less a $150 administrative fee.

Cancellations received between February 14 - March 14 will be refunded the registration fee less a $175 administrative fee.

No refunds or credits will be given for "no shows" or cancellations received on/after March 15, 2024.
SUBSTITUTIONS
As an alternative to cancellation, substitutions may be made. Substitutions are permitted prior to the conference and onsite. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. All registrants and any individuals submitting a substitution request is responsible for any financial obligation (any balance due) associated with the registration. Badge sharing and splitting are strictly prohibited. For any substitutions, please contact DBIA Conferences Department at conferences@dbia.org.
CONTINUING EDUCATION INFORMATION:
The 2024 Design-Build for Transportation/Aviation Conference provides several opportunities for attendees to earn continuing education units (CEHs). Practitioners and Owners can earn up to 12 CEHs by attending the full conference.
