When Should You Arrive?
Plan on arriving as early as Sunday, March 16th the day before the conference begins, to attend our Owners’ and Practitioners’ Forums that start at 1:00pm on Wednesday, March 17th at 1:00pm.

When Should You Depart?
The excitement goes right up until the end so don’t be in a rush to leave! Our Joint Transportation and Water/Wastewater Lunch and General Session ends at 1:30pm, on Wednesday, March 19th.

The closest airport near Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center is Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). DCA is located approximately 6.9 Miles from the hotel.

The resort does not offer an airport shuttle service to nearby airports.  Guests may arrange for taxi or car ride app services. Once on-property, Private Car Services and Limousine/Van services are  available.
