Wednesday, April 15
8:00 AM - 3:00 PM CT: Exhibitor Move-In*
4:00 PM - 6:30 PM CT: Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall

Thursday, April 16
The Exhibit Hall is open throughout the event on Thursday starting at 11:30 AM CT but the booth does not need to be staffed during non-dedicated Exhibit Hall hours. Please store, or take with you, anything of value if staff will not be at your booth for any period of time

11:30 AM - 6:30 PM CT: Exhibit Hall Open
11:45 AM - 1:45 AM CT: Lunch with Exhibitors (dedicated exhibit hall hours)
4:30 PM - 6:30 PM CT: Networking Reception in the Exhibit Hall (dedicated exhibit hall hours)
6:30 PM - 10:00 PM CT: Exhibit Move-Out*

* Proper "Exhibitor" badges are REQUIRED in order to enter the exhibit hall during Move-In and Move-Out. Please be sure to check in at Registration prior to entering the hall.
