Take advantage of the following online features designed to assist you in preparing for your session(s).
- Submit your DBIA Speaker Agreement and Guidelines Form via the "Speaker Letter of Agreement" tab in the SCC by January 9, 2026
- Submit your AIA Speaker Agreement Form via the "AIA Speaker Agreement" tab in the SSC by January 9, 2026
- Update your contact information, headshot, and speaker biography via the "Speaker Profile" tab in the SSC by January 9, 2026
- Submit your draft presentation online via the "Presentation Upload" tab in the SSC by February 13, 2026
- Complete your Registration via the "Speaker Registration" tab in the SSC by March 13, 2026
- Submit your final presentation online via the "Presentation Upload" tab in the SSC by March 30, 2026

February 27, 2026 Presentations reviewed and feedback provided to presenters via email
March 13, 2026 Complete Speaker Registration in the Speaker Service Center
March 30, 2026 Final presentations due in Speaker Service Center*
*(DBIA may withdraw session presenters from the program if we do not receive final presentations by the March 30th deadline.)
Conference Dates: April 15th-17th, 2026. By accepting to present at this conference, all of your panelists commit to being available to speak IN-PERSON at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas at your designated session date/time between April 15-17th.
